Important

Iris is not medical advice. Medication decisions belong with your licensed clinician.

Acceptance

By accessing the Iris Tracker website or using the Iris Tracker app from Iris Tracker LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Iris.

What Iris is

Iris is personal software for GLP-1 tracking and visit preparation. It can help you record doses, symptoms, notes, weight, daily signals, appointments, and questions you want to discuss with a clinician.

Medical boundary

Iris is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dose verification, dose adjustment, medication sourcing, emergency monitoring, or clinician-grade measurement.

  • Always consult a licensed clinician for medication, dose, timing, symptom, and treatment decisions.
  • Do not delay emergency care because of anything in Iris.
  • Call emergency services or seek urgent care for emergency symptoms.
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the way you interpret your records, and any exports or summaries you share. Iris records may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on user-entered information.

Educational information

Iris may present educational or approximate information about medication rhythm or estimated medication levels when available. That information is not dose advice, dose verification, treatment guidance, or a substitute for professional care.

Permitted use

You may use Iris for personal tracking and visit preparation. You agree not to:

  • Use Iris to provide medical services or clinical decisions to another person.
  • Use Iris to prescribe, source, sell, or promote medications.
  • Misrepresent Iris output as clinician-reviewed or medically verified unless a licensed clinician has independently reviewed it.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the website, app, or related services.

Accounts, payments, and availability

Iris may add accounts, subscriptions, beta access, or other services over time. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Any paid feature terms will be presented where applicable.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Iris, you also agree to the applicable privacy terms.

Disclaimers

Iris is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that Iris will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically complete, or suitable for any specific health outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Iris Tracker LLC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on user-entered records or app summaries.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Iris changes. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
